Return & Exchange Policy

At Jewelry Art, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do have a flexible 3-day exchange policy for domestic orders under specific conditions.


General Policy

  • No refunds are provided once an order is placed.

  • All international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties/charges applicable in their country.

Exchange Policy (India Only)

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, applicable only to products purchased at full price.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product upon approval and submission of valid proof.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value, and pay the difference online.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at help.jewelryart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, you may courier the product back to us at your own cost.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, our team will confirm the exchange over a call.

  4. The new item will be shipped back to you free of charge.

  5. If the exchange product value is under ₹1000, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  6. Coupons or discounts cannot be applied to exchange orders.

  7. Multiple exchanges are not allowed on the same order.
